Time

The visible children label is what assistive tech announces; the dateTime attribute is not read aloud, so the label alone must convey the meaning. Keep dateTime and the visible label describing the same instant so tooling that does read dateTime (browser extensions, translation and structured-data tools) does not disagree with what a screen reader user hears.

Prefer an unambiguous, localized label over a bare machine format, and avoid relying on relative phrasing ("2m ago") without also making the exact instant available - a hover title or the dateTime attribute itself lets the exact time still be recovered.
