Date Time Picker

DateTimePicker from @prepared911/ui-calendar composes DatePicker with TimePicker (single mode) or TimeRangeInputs (range mode). It converts between UTC storage and local display using @prepared911/util-helpers. Optional onApply enables a deferred commit pattern with internal draft state until Apply is pressed.

Single (DateTimePickerProps single branch)—extends single-date DatePicker props with required onChange: (Date) => void and optional onApply?: (Date) => void.

Range—onChange receives { start: Date | null; end: Date | null }; optional maxRange (hours) caps the span; optional onApply with the same value shape.

Shared: inherits date bounds, hideMonthYearSelect, disabled, disableFuture from the embedded DatePicker.
